The Clean Air Act, Inc. Guarantee and Warranties

Our service call is covered for 30 days should a problem reoccur to the system we worked on. Only an hourly rate and parts will be charged on a recall in that 30 day period. If we noted and recommended that the home owner should replace a part on the first call there will be a new service call on the second trip.

Part installations will have up to a 1 year part warranty and a 30-day labor warranty. All newly installed equipment have a 10 year parts warranty and a 1 year labor warranty. We guarantee all of our workmanship to the fullest. Parts are covered by the manufacturer.

After 7 years I was ready to go out on my own. I got my contractor’s license and once again was off on a new venture. Having a background in heat pumps, I was ready to install gas furnaces and run service.
