New home owners: We will get you more in tune with your new heating system. These are a few things we will go over with you:

- Air filter
- Let you know which equipment needs to be serviced
- How often you should have equipment serviced
- Ductwork review
- Look for any problems in the heating/cooling systems
- We will check for CO tester if you have a gas or oil furnace
